Intermittent Connectivity

Our network provider has informed us that they have observed a period of stability and the issue should be resolved.

Intermittent Connectivity

Our network provider has identified two upstream carriers that are currently having routing issues. Our provider has disabled peering with the carriers and network traffic is flowing through other upstream carriers. Most connectivity issues should be resolved at this point.

Our upstream network provider has notified us of an issue that may be impacting connectivity to SAI services from some locations. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they are made available.

We are investigating reports of intermittent connectivity to SAI services. At this time, we believe the issue may be related to a network problem external to SAI.
